WAO Through The Years. 

It all started in 2015, when a serendipitous meeting changed everything. Meeting Jeri, my incredible wife, not only marked the beginning of our beautiful family but also ignited the spark for our shared dream. A dream to empower businesses and individuals to flourish and thrive.

As parents and business owners, we understood the preciousness of time. Balancing the demands of work with the joys of family life meant finding tailored solutions not only for us, but for the people we set out to help; our clients. This led us to delve into the world of cloud solutions, blending our expertise in finance, my passion for technology and Jeri’s expertise in the Xero world.

Our humble journey began assisting businesses with systems like Cin7, DEAR Systems, and Xero, weaving a tapestry of connectivity and efficiency with an array of peripheral “add-ons”. What started as Which Add On blossomed into WAOConnect (yes, we love a good "WOW"), a beacon of streamlined processes and simplified operations.

However, like any business that fosters a growth mindset and supports innovation, we too evolved with time, venturing into more innovative, powerful, and comprehensive solutions like Odoo. And true to the spirit of innovation, we didn't stop there. Embracing the power of Odoo, we ventured into uncharted territories, becoming trusted partners in revolutionising business operations in Australia and New Zealand. Taking it a step further, we started to explore more areas to improve what we had to offer, spreading our wings and reaching new horizons, providing our customers with an array of services. 

From implementations to integrations, customisations to building Odoo apps, customised dashboards, integrating systems, as well as providing comprehensive marketing automation solutions,  our journey with Odoo has been nothing short of transformative.

With growth comes change, and as we reflected on our journey, we realised we had outgrown our old identity, which was to build a comprehensive solution by choosing “which add on” and implementing/connecting them. Thus, we realised that a rebranding was due to align our brand with our vision and represent what our company stood for and was setting out to achieve.

Today, we stand before you as a team of over forty passionate professionals, united by a common goal: to redefine the Odoo experience in ANZ. With our diverse expertise, we craft solutions that not only work but elevate businesses to new heights.
